If the address is incorrect, the recipient is unknown at the address or refuses delivery, your order will be returned to us. When we receive it, we will inform you and we will be able to resend it to the same or another recipient, at the same or another address, upon payment of a new shipping cost. If you do not choose to pay a new shipping cost, we will not be able to resend it.
The estimated delivery time by the forwarder is 2-3 working days for Mainland Portugal, after your order is shipped, this means you may have to wait 15 working days (so that we can process all orders) plus 2-3 working days for the forwarder to make the delivery.
